We are pleased to share an important update for companies importing goods and equipment pre-charged with refrigerants (F-gases).
BOXLINE can now take full responsibility for the transportation of such cargo and arrange T1 transit declarations for delivery to the Ukrainian border.
Previously, Ukrainian importers had to:
• obtain an EORI number
• register in the EU F-gas system
This process could take weeks or even months.
Now, thanks to the registration of our group company (BOXLINE UCL d.o.o., Slovenia) in the F-gas Portal in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/573, Article 20, the process is significantly simplified for our clients.
What we need to open T1:
• refrigerant type for each unit
• product specifications with refrigerant details
• CO₂ equivalent (tonnes) per model
• refrigerant weight per model
Please provide this information already at the quotation stage to ensure a smooth and fast process
